Application Checklist

Below is a list of documents that are required when you apply for a mortgage. However, every situation is unique and you may be required to provide additional documentation.

Your Property

  1. Copy of signed and receipted sales contract including all addendums
  2. Names, addresses and telephone numbers of all parties involved (ie: Realtor, Builder, Insurance Agent, etc.)

Your Income

  1. Copies of your pay-stubs for the most recent 30-day period
  2. Copies of your personal income tax returns and W-2 forms for the past two years
  3. If Self Employed, provide past 2 years corporate tax returns with all schedules attached
  4. If receiving income from Social Security, Disability, Retirement, or Divorce, then provide Award Letters Decree
  5. If receiving rental property income, then provide all rental agreements

Asset Documents

  1. Last two months bank statements

If You Are Refinancing

  1. Settlement Statement (HUD - 1) from previous loan closing
  2. Survey
  3. Copy of Monthly Statement or Coupon Book from current Mortgage Lender
